As a Graphic Designer, you will be the creative force behind the company’s growth engine — transforming complex ideas into high-performing visuals that make an impact. You’ll design across multiple touchpoints including marketing campaigns, social media, ads, sales decks, and event branding, ensuring consistency across the company’s visual identity. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances creativity with analytical thinking, and wants to shape how a leading European tech company is seen by the world.
Design high-impact assets across ads, landing pages, campaigns, and sales materials that drive measurable results
Own and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring it’s distinctive, cohesive, and future-ready across all markets
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and employer branding teams to align visuals with strategic goals and maximize performance
Translate brand strategy and data insights into creative visuals that engage and convert audiences
Operate with speed and precision — testing, iterating, and refining designs based on feedback and performance metrics
Create visually compelling materials for internal events, investor decks, and product presentations
Stay ahead of creative and digital trends to continuously elevate design quality and impact
3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fast-paced brands, tech startups, or creative agencies
Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design that drives performance
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design or 3D experience is a plus)
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design execution to broader marketing goals
Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
Strong collaborator who can communicate effectively with marketers, copywriters, and leadership
Data-driven creative who balances aesthetic excellence with conversion-focused design
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
