UX/UI Designer

The Senior UX/UI Designer will lead end-to-end design efforts across research, strategy, UX, and UI execution. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design, the ability to translate business requirements into clear design solutions, and the skill to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels. You will help shape design processes, contribute to design system development, and collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless delivery. This role also includes mentorship of junior designers and active participation in design workshops, usability testing, and iterative refinement based on research and data insights.

What you'll do:

• Lead UX processes including discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually compelling designs

• Create high-fidelity UI designs, components, and design system assets

• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and collaborative working sessions

• Use research, analytics, and feedback loops to inform iterative improvements

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 5+ years UI/UX development experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc, Computer Science OR related field (Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, etc)
