What we're looking for? We need someone with at least three years of product design experience, ideally in a startup environment, who has a proven track record of designing complex workflows and dashboards. You should be comfortable working with AI-driven interfaces and have a portfolio that demonstrates design excellence and a first-principles thinking approach. Bonus points if you have B2B SaaS, enterprise features, or data visualization expertise.
What you'll do:
- Design AI-driven interfaces (chatbot, smart forms, predictive insights) that guide users through complex token launches
- Transform 100+ compliance steps into intuitive workflows using progressive disclosure
- Own end-to-end UX from onboarding to post-launch dashboards
- Build our design system and component library from scratch
- Work directly with founders to ship fast and iterate based on feedback
- Create compelling narratives that make complex financial concepts accessible
